Huezon collects only the information needed to review access, operate the Minecraft world and protect its community.
Who is responsible
Huezon SMP operates the application portal and Minecraft server. Privacy questions, access requests and deletion requests can be sent to hello@huezon.com.
Information we hold
The portal stores your Java Edition Minecraft username, broad time-zone region, selected playstyle, application answers, private tracking code, review decision and any owner note. It also stores a one-way pseudonymised connection identifier to prevent submission and owner-login abuse. HuezonCore stores your Minecraft UUID, username history, joins, gameplay records, economy transactions, homes, claims, Chronicle history, market activity, feedback and moderation records.
Why it is used
Application information is used to decide and administer private server access. Gameplay records provide the persistent features you use. Security and moderation records protect players, infrastructure and world integrity. Processing is based on Huezon’s legitimate interests in operating a safe private community and delivering the service requested by approved visitors.
Retention
Pending applications expire after 90 days. Rejected or withdrawn applications are retained for 90 days after their decision. Approved application records remain while access is active and for 90 days afterwards. Owner-login throttling records expire after 24 hours. Core operator audit data is retained for 90 days, operational analytics for up to 365 days, and persistent world history remains while Huezon operates the current world or until a valid deletion request can be completed without damaging other players’ transaction and ownership records.
Sharing and security
Application answers are visible only to authorised owner reviewers. Approved usernames are sent to HuezonCore through Bearer-authenticated HTTPS. Huezon does not sell application or gameplay information. Essential service providers may process encrypted infrastructure data only to host, secure or back up Huezon.
Your choices
You may ask for access, correction, restriction or deletion of your personal information, or object to processing. Some transaction, claim and moderation provenance may need to be retained to protect other players and resolve disputes. The portal uses only an essential session cookie; it does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
